Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on orders over $50, $4.99 for orders under $50. Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $12.99. Same-Day Delivery (select areas): $19.99.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard or our Track Order page.
Delivery
Packages are delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Signature may be required for orders over $100.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
